You probably have spoken to Jennifer on the phone if you have ever called our helpline for information on a product or a status update on an order. With over 20 years experience, Jennifer has been our Lead Customer Service Representative since 1991.  Jennifer has extensive product knowledge - including descriptions, applications and availabilities. Her

responsibilities include entering and shipping orders, corresponding with clients and maintaining the calibration database.  When Jennifer is not working, she likes to spend time shopping with her daughter, Rebecca.

On March 14, 2011 the United States Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration certified that

H-B Instrument Company meets the requirements of the Consultation Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP), an OSHA Cooperative Program.

The Pennsylvania OSHA Consultation Program is designed for employers who what to recognize and correct safety and health hazards and improve safety and health programs. Program consultants address immediate problems and offer professional advice in maintaining continued, effective worker protection. In addition, they provide guidance in establishing or improving effective safety and health programs.

Being admitted to SHARP exempts H-B Instrument Company from programmed OSHA inspections for 12 months and can be renewed for an additional 24 month period.
